Well i bought a Soarer, a 1986 Soarer powered by a 7mgte to be exact. backed up with a auto box and a open diff, it was the prefect base to my new daily.

i added a boost guage to keep an eye on things

this is how it looked when i got it, pretty low on Work CR Kais. measuring 18x8.5 +38 on the front and 18x9.5 +38 on the rear

drove it home and i thought it was great, all factory apart from the lowering, wheels and some aluminum piping for the intercooler. then i got home and realized it didnt make it into my driveway with out doing a 27 point turn on the grass or using my neighbors driveway and going down the footpath. so i went all moneybags (for me at least) and bought some bc coilovers,

final picture at the purchase hight

got the coil overs done semi quickly, 3 were easy and took a total of 45 min, but got stuck on one single bot in the drivers front which took like 5 hours to remove, but finally they were in, with the car raised for drive way accessibility i lowered it to the ground

all i could think was what have i done, i wasnt planning to go this high, so after the suspension settles i will be lowering it a bit.
the old rear suspension, got to love cut springs and blown shocks

and the teins that were in the front.
fell free to say horrible things about me raising a car on stanceworks, but it will be lower once work gets round to giving me a company vechile.
