I was going to say the same thing about the wood laminate flooring. Tons of choices at the the Home Depot and Lowes. Cheap too for enough to do a trunk. I'm going to get get some high gloss bamboo laminate to do my Jetta's trunk. The flooring you've made this far can be used as a base for the laminate. They have a type of paper your supposed to lay down first, To act as a buffer between both hard surfaces.

Motor worries are a long way away, I hope.

Here is the start of a wood base roof rack basket, plan it to find an old vintage wooden box, for like apples or something like this and use that on top of it. But well see how much I like it once I set it up for good.

The coilovers should be arriving shortly, and then they can think im simler' to an ant, cuz im close to the erff.

What kinda stain/finish did you use on the wood? Just asking because it looks cloudy and you can't really see the grain all that well.

Car looks like its coming along good though. I love hooptie hondas. I have one myself.

Been working on my garage and getting it all set up to do the serious work on it... Built this sweet bench, and looks like I need a bigger boot collection. I love it.

                    Waiting to be installed:
                    Coilover sleeves
                    exhaust
                    front wheel bearings
                    tie rod ends
                    motor mounts
                    misc seals....
                    roof rack and fairing

Off to a good start. If you use those sleeve coils I would recommend building some extended top hats.

Couple random update photos. Once nearly all the front end suspension parts are new Ill get it dropped and hope to start to drive it in the next few months.
