    yeah. I'm gonna assess how bad mine is. Maybe beat it flat and strengthen it with some gussets and stuff.

    dry sump would cost a fortune, so that's not really in the cards. If it persists as an issue, I may shorten it.

    not sure if that's true or not... they use the same basic engine, but the subframes are different. I know the e34 pan didn't fit in the e30 so they put the m20b27 pan on the engine from the e34

    idk about the lift, but some skid plate renovations are in the works at the very least.

    thanks everyone. found an oil pan and a 3.73 lsd locally that I'll be picking up tonight.

    Time for a full front to back, 1/2" skid plate. And then lift it ~4"

    I heard e28's have steel oil pans that don't shatter like glass and can be installed on e30's... correct me if I'm wrong
