On topic, the car looks like a great start. I just recently regained interest in my dd cb7. By the way, what are you dropped on?
it has some lowering springs on it. not sure of the brand but they're red - colored. the front is ALOT lower than the rear. I owned a stock cb7 sedan before and I'd say these springs give a pretty aggressive drop. I noticed that these rear springs have like 4-5 dead coils lol I got my function&form type 2s that I'm installing on Saturday. I bought it pretty much as you see it in the pics. the only thing I've done visually so far is add the hubcaps.
lowering springs suck. these WERE the rear springs. these weren't heated or cut. that's 4 or 5 dead coils.
the previous owner told me that this had some newer tokico blues on it.
blown whatever struts suck.
I also spent a good part of the day straightening out the core support. I think the front end of this car was hit lightly on the driver's side front corner. the bumper was kinda saggy, the drivers side head light and marker light was angled something goofy. its 10x less janky now.
I didn't get any pics of the coils on because it got dark before I finished, but I will tell you, these f&f type 2s are some really nice pieces. I'm gonna work on it some more tomorrow and see how far down I can get. I'll post some pics tomorrow of the slammage
You could take the PO to small claims court for the cost of tokico blues if you have an advertisement or document that claims that it has that part on it.
Nail their ass on fraud, and get your money back. I **** people who lie about this shit. But what do you expect when buying an older accord...

yeah I was kind of ticked off for about 2 seconds. but I got it sorted it out now its not really worth it to hassle the PO but I get you, its the principal.
the motor and trans / everything essential is in good shape. I know for a fact that everything else the PO said it has, is actually on the car.
If you get f&fs, get type 2s (the black cb was mine). If you have any questions about stancing a cb hit me up. You're gonna need to cut the shock towers to clearance the upper control arms. At that level I had zero front supsension travel. The control arms sat on the shock towers.

I miss my cb lol
nice! your accord was/is dope! are those rota RB wheels? whats the specs? yeah I got type 2s I haven't messed with the ride height yet. I'm aware of the upper control and the shock tower. I will cut shit if I have to. I need to adjust it and level it and such. more than likely, I'll end up cutting them. with the blown struts and the crappy springs, they would bottom out before the control arms would hit. it was close, but it didn't hit.
Same here. I was probably the lowest static CB in GA at the time and i was on F&F t2's.. You do have to cut you shock towers if you go LOW. I was all most fender to lip on 15's and would've went lower, but i didn't have anymore ground clearance hahahaha
