It was snowing when I got up this morning

Had to put a few new zipties in the rear bumper, a bunch of the old ones broke over the winter

Haha, I had an '89 Dodge Colt for my first car. I was also apparently the second owner. Instead of using zipties try using .032 stainless steel lockwire. It holds up in the cold, they sell it by the pound, it's thin so you don't need to drill such big holes and it's fairly easy to work with once you learn not to stab yourself in the fingers.

Did some ricer shit today. New air filter and repainted my wheels.

What the fuck is going on here. I thought you were going to clean it up. Now it's kind of taking a ricer direction.

Here's a suggestion.
Remove the LED's from the front, paint the hood, remove the hood pins, remove that extension cord from the front, wash it again, widen your current steelies, lower it(if you can't find coilovers or coilover sleeves you want, get some custom lowering springs made to get you low), and wash the engine bay, and this car could be great.

In all, it's like $500 to make this car look awesome
