So after page 1 and all of the good suggestions, I really had high hopes for page 3. I don't really like Boxsters...or Porsches in general. So far, all I really see is a lowered Porsce. That's fiscally impressive for a 16 year-old, but beyond that, kinda meh. Hopefully you'll get this project turned around into something dope. I know it's possible.
stanceworks: I don't really fit in.

Thanks bro, do you guys know of any good looking wide wheels that are pretty cheap? I am thinking of getting some cheaper wheels until I have the funds for some nice 3pc. I don't want any reps though.

Thank you I appreciate the feedback. There are too many porsche purists who are against the stance scene. I am going for the perfect balance of form and function since I still enjoy taking this car to the track or AX.

Maybe I can get you to like Porsches. I've done much more to this car than just lower it This car will be pretty dope soon hopefully, I am already breaking necks

Let me know if you guys have any mod ideas.

I like the build so far. I would keep the window sticker, based solely on the number of negative comments it has received.

Im okay with this. You could just be some rich kid driving round in a stock porsche thinking he's the ducks nuts. But instead you're chopping in, doing work yourself, learning things, and breaking stuff. That's ballsy, and I like balls. I'm keen to see what rims you choose.

Visit my build, that would be super good of you to do.

                  They sell a lip.

996.2 GT3, the lip fits the 996.1/986 front bumper.

Thank you bro, I had no idea they sold just the lip.
I will definitely be copping this very soon.

I am thinking of doing the lip and my mirrors in carbon fiber. Fresh? or just keep the lip black and mirrors body color?
                    I'm leaning towards carbon!

                        I would just leave them.

The way the front fenders/wheel wells/suspension is on the 986/996 will just tuck the tires until the front end is basically on the ground. IMO raising the car and using spacers to make the tire flush with the fender is a better route.

Here's a pretty good shot of how far in the wheel/tire combo sits. The tires were nowhere near rubbing, even at full lock with the frunk full of tools.

The front wheel offset always bugged the crap out of me. I ended up selling the car before buying spacers.
