The car really grips to the road after getting alignment and corner balance.

I am thinking of running toyo r888 on the street and track once I need new tires. Anyone have experience running r888's on the street?

The led lights up front have kind of grown on me but if you can find a later model set of headlights with maybe projectors i'd install them after a buff job so they arent hazed. The white twist wheels were an excellent idea looks really good. I also am for the banner it complements it nicely. Next i'd do a lip indefinitely, and try to save the rest for some good wide wheels with stretched tire combo. Keep it up, i love these cars!
Thanks dude. The led headlights have also grown on me but I regret selling the litronics, mine were mint too. If I am able to find one I will go back to the litronic headlights.

Thanks bro! The curvature of the front bumper and tire profile hides the lowness but that should be solved with a lip and some new wheels and tires.

You considered some fifteen52 Tarmacs in white? In the right offset/width they would look pretty tasty on here IMO
That would look pretty nasty but I would want to buy a used set. Know anyone selling in 5x130 pattern?
Trynna save some money so I can get some 3pc wheels soon but until then these look like a good fix.

The way the front fenders/wheel wells/suspension is on the 986/996 will just tuck the tires until the front end is basically on the ground. IMO raising the car and using spacers to make the tire flush with the fender is a better route.

Here's a pretty good shot of how far in the wheel/tire combo sits. The tires were nowhere near rubbing, even at full lock with the frunk full of tools.

The front wheel offset always bugged the crap out of me. I ended up selling the car before buying spacers.

I will definitely be copping this very soon.

I am thinking of doing the lip and my mirrors in carbon fiber. Fresh? or just keep the lip black and mirrors body color?
    I'm leaning towards carbon!
