Hahaha that exhaust na ej's make dick all power and there is no solution pwr wise unless you do a conversion, a 5.0 would pretty sweet get ram air under a wrx hood scoop just to give it that bit more stealth.

cops seem to be fairly nice in the US , here in Aus they fine you for almost every modification I lost my licence for my car being to low......I was moving house

Decided to keep it, modded the front suspension, gutted more weight, and i drifted it at my first clubloose north event. Here's how she sits now.

They drift so well! Extremely controllable, I can't wait to get more power in it so I can really snap the tires loose. Gonna end up with a full mustang drivetrain swap, much more reliable and cheap to fix compared to the subie. I don't foresee any major issues to getting this motor in, we're not afraid to hack the car up to fit it. I already want to cut and weld exhaust tunnels into the body so I can just run the pipe straight back and eliminate dragging exhaust. There's probably gonna be a fairly large amount of engine hanging out of the hood, especially with a carbureted motor (going old school, way easier to install and tune, plus it looks and sounds badass). I'm just gonna get a waterproof boot for the distributor and a waterproof pre-filter for my air cleaner.

Blew up my new motor already lmao. Time for motor #3! This time it was my fault, the motor burned WAY more oil than I expected (slapped together from 5 motors) and drank all 4.5 quarts I had in it in 6 days, so while I was slinging it sideways it sucked dry and chewed up the rod bearing on cylinder #4. Didn't even give it a fighting chance. I've got a line on a 5.0 donor mustang with all the parts I need in the local junkyard, we might see this thing with a v8 by early-mid July!

It'll do second gear donuts all day long, and boy does it like to slide. I may or may not have gotten yelled at for doing donuts around a pole in the mcdonalds parking lot.

It's actually super manageable with the welded diff! Before that it wouldn't slide for shit, it was like night and day.
