Drove the car last night! Wastegate is set to 8-10 psi and it pulls pretty good. Just running a bigger maf and chipped computers and AFRs look good so far. Need a big intercooler and I should cut the spool time in half. Have a couple things to button up but so far everything seems good. And I tested out the welded diff at the end of my street but the damn video cut out...I have a crappy pull video on my phone but I'm buying a dslr so I'll probably take some nice pictures and video this weekend.

Car is running better than ever. Replaced the motor mounts. Need to figure out boost control because my mbc is super inconsistent right now, but the few 15 psi pulls i got felt perfect. Downpipe was painted black right after this picture. Have to figure out where to put the coolant overflow. And I have to put my efan in so no comments about the missing fan shroud. Oh, and I also got a set of OEM Volvo louvers. Don't mind the bird poop and dirtyness. I'll wash the car and take some nice pictures with my new dslr.

Thank you all for the support! Forgot to post these pictures. I'm doing a full shoot tomorrow after work as well.

So I built rear coilovers, took care of the fenders, installed an IPD Turbo cam, and did some other stuff. I can't afford to get Konis for the front right now so the short strut coilovers are on hold. I'm still going to try and install the new poly bushings, tie rods, ball joints, and endlinks that I have though. Can't wait for H2O.

This car looks tops, love ya work,
I had the option of buying one of these before I bought my beamer,
my mate ending up buying the volvo might send him a link of your build thread so he can see the potential keep up the good work

Took the trip to H2Oi this weekend. First time the car has seen real miles since the trans swap, engine swap, and holset setup, and it drove perfectly. Only small hiccup on the way home when a spark plug wire came off. Had an amazing time and it felt great to see my car make the 4+ hour drive Friday, race around all weekend, and then make another 4+ hour drive back on Sunday. I'm more than proud and I'm very confident in the car after the trip. I'm going to replace the welded diff with a factory locker for drivability, and hopefully get the front short strut coilovers done. I plan on driving the car as much as possible before the snow comes. Thank you to anyone and everyone who has shown support of this build even though it is no where near done!
