My advice would be, to not go over the top with different bodylines, like the front bumper in the photoshop. Keep your lines more with the style of the original car and this should be amazing.

thanks bastien. that is the plan - to extend the original bodylines. the photoshop is just a photoshop to convince some people. we don't want to make a simple copy of kei miuras work.

i'm markus from germany and some of you maybe know me from my '89 mercedes e-class sedan thread.

recently i came up with the idea to build a widebody kit for a w201. i'm really in love with the japanese widebody stuff and made an tribute with photoshop 2 weeks ago.





i sent the pictures a friend who was part of our drift team and built an awesome w201 back in the days. the car is sold since last year an he misses it very much.





he was delighted with the idea and so we started this week. the follower of my other thread know that i got an w201 from another friend. so we have a base to model.









we want to go our own way. the end result is so different from the visualization and will highlight our own style. DTM MEETS JDM.
