Started pulling out some excess wiring and cleaning up the engine bay a bit. Still more to go...

Need to do something about these big bumpers soon, any suggestions?

I have a set of early chrome bumpers but they are in pretty bad shape and Im not sure if I want to use them. The rear would probably be usable but the front has chrome flaking off and a nice dent.

Thinking about swapping an e21 front bumper, then tucking both the front and rear....or maybe using the rear chrome bumper and no front bumper at all?

Paint the bumpers? Black or orange.

i want one of these so bad. very solid foundation to build on. keep it up! and for the bumpers, i would paint them black and call it a day. no front bumpers always look good too

The gray is a little darker than the rears but they match pretty good.



They make the rest of the interior look even worse but I don't care cuz they rule

Ignore the mismatched interior panels too, they will all be black in time....

New wheel finally came, leather feels much better than hockey tape.

I can't tell you how happy I am to see a 2002 in Maryland!! I have an e21 and NEVER see old BMWs in this state. Good luck with the build!!
