After talking with my insurance agent it seems both Progressive (mine), and USAA (the Charger) are claiming the Mercedes driver at fault. Also helps having a witness's recorded statement on file.

Way more than I paid for it. It's "valued" at $1,800, but I have a good chance to dispute due to the utter lack of these and the NADA value is like $4,000.

Another of these may take some time. It took me a very long time to find this, and as of now I can't find another 90 Quattro. After some discussion with myself, and the misses I'll be getting something much newer, but still going for the Group 4 rally look.
