Bought diff off a E39 540iA (Typ210 like mine but no LSD)


Pinions... slight difference..


Quick work on lathe.. and looks money


And it fits like a glove , also cardan now fits the diff yey only now i need to shorten the cardan..

I did work 2days with front fender & hood panel gap.. so first of..


A-pilar fitment was about 3-4mm off.. so i had to cut them and make the a-pilar fitment again.. on both sides.. but now fits quite ok.



also took the bottom end apart. so after i make some measurements then block is ready for new bore

Wiring is moving on nicely, original fuse box + relay units has been remade and relocated now all im missing is blinker relay but thats for next week
