update: car hit 180xxx kms today. literally 500 meters after taking a photo of my dash (for instagram success) the cruise control failed. It might work again magically one day. I dont know. this car is full of surprises.

Update:
So since i hit the curb i've been hearing a wining sorta huming sound, about as loud as my exhaust. now as i said before, i bought two hubs. the other night i went in to install them and realized the bearings in the hub are fine. which means my diff is noisey. did the whole screwdriver thing, where you listen to the bearings in the hubs and then the diff, and realized my diff bearings are NOISEY.

so i picked up some thick ass gear oil and changed that



old oil smelled burnt. Like, very burnt.

its quieted down a bit, but is still loud. so but thats an LSD for you i guess. I've been warned to get rid of it but thought it was fine. It had been acting up before the curb and i guess that just made it call the quits. Heres a gas station photo for good measure:

Got these off a friend whos running them in a 2013 Sti that he regularly jumps, slides and beats on. So if they'll hold up to that Im sure they'll hold up to my daily and eventual occasional track abuse. I dunno. Hopefully I dont eat my words.
