Hey guys, would like to introduce myself and my current car
My name is Jason and I hail from Sydney, Australia. I currently drive a 1983 (very last few flat fronts to be made) KE70 corolla, Currently piecing together a 4AGE smallport motor with 30 thou shaved head and TRD 0.5mm head gasket, other than that stock. Want to throw some Keihin FCR41 carbs on it eventually along with a suitable cam setup (hope for shim under bucket setup for ability to run cams with lift above 8.5mm)
Currently sitting on cut springs front (shocking to drive) and pedders heavy duty AU falcon rear springs cut. the rear feels great although slightly high for my aim, will cut a coil or two more off. Have ST185 short stroke struts with AJPS AE86 6KG front springs ready to go in, but unsure if I want to use them. May consider changing to a BC coilover setup or something of that nature. throw some tokico short stroke rear shocks in. Some T3 (technotoytuning) rose jointed LCA's for camber, shorten castor rods to get the car steering the way I want, and a few small things.

Want to bring the front down approx 20-30mm, and the rear approx 10mm. I've already done most of the hard work getting the rears to fit, removing the inner guard work and bashing the standard guards out. they look shocking but they will do for the time being. Fronts should just clear the guards, dont want to modify them but also dont care if they do hit.
Thats it for now will keep you guys updated depending on peoples interests in seeing more

    Nice man.
I'd suggest building your own coilovers.
It's much cheaper and you can get the same result.
Just get some hts short strokes and swift 8k and 6k springs.
For the camber you could just use t3 nrca's, they work great.

    Good luck man!

thanks dude, was actually having a look at making my own, may consider just using these ST185 struts as they are already modified, I'll just use a different spring

While things are happening I'll give you a bit of a rundown on a friends new company
                    COROLLA GARAGE

Have a look on his facebook page for some cool as builds, like this BEAMS KE20 we 99% completed in under two weeks of work (only have tailshaft to make up, he is currently on a business trip in Japan)

Would be awesome if you guys threw him a like, and if you own a corolla, buy some of his custom fabbed products for *E1* - *E7* plus many other classic toyotas

For those who dont follow my builds elsewhere, this was the 7A block I was initially building, same deal as 4A I'm currently building only this included forged pistons, forged rods, and a bigport head

Have some financial woes so did what I could with the tools I already had. Some of you may have seen my pumped rear guards to fit my SSR's, well I took a second quick stab, just at smoothing the lip, and beating it a bit smoother. Still not happy with it as its just got a layer of primer and no bog to make it neat, amazingly no scrub at all
