And finally took my oilpan off and replaced it along with the sump pickup. It was a bit... bent.

695 was treacherous for awhile this summer when that road work was going down.... driving downtown Baltimore daily with maybe an inch and change to work with is stressful I feel your pain man.
Good wheel choice fitment is on point.Originally posted by s t a y g o l dand don't trash talk people, that's for hos at the club.

I've gotta get some photos together but yes, I've got some updates! Picked up a set of RSes, working on refinishing them, doing a bunch of tiny maintenance bits.
I'll get some photos together and post them up soon! Thanks for reminding me this still exist
(Oh and hopefully the engine build starts soon as long as KHALIL gets his engine stuff in soon so I can steal his old engine)

An update is finally in order! Nothing crazy has happened to the car but I'm working on getting things together for the upcoming warm months and just generally making the car more drivable.
Let's get up to speed
Picked up a set of porsche fitment RSes. Nothing incredible but I was gonna be redoing the finish on them anyways. Sold The M-technicas to fund the RSes and other random bits I needed to buy.
Winter hit us pretty hard on the East coast. Lots of on-and-off snow. I had my car raised up for the winter on stockies so I could have some fun without having to worry about breaking too many things. So naturally shenanigans happened with me and my E30 buddies.
Installed some underglow courtesy of my buddy Jon (he has the silver 8th gen bagged civic on Cobra R wheels, you may have seen his build on here)
and I got down to work on these RSes
These aren't done by the way. just bare metal ready for powdercoat.
Visited friends (with a broken front valence lolol)
Found out a buddy of mine had an E30 project in his garage and needs some help (motivational and otherwise) so started getting down with that
redid my stereo and replaced some blown speakers
Put a Corbeau in my car courtesy of Stuart(funfgang) because my sport seat rail was slowly dying and he had this one lying around. Feels good!
oh and my exhaust randomly sheared off post-cat but pre-connecting flange. Fun. took that off and my buddy spencer welded it up for me (thanks again man)
(lol dem previous welds with wire stuck in it)
Next up on the list of things to do:
- New motor mounts to stop sagging motor and raise oilpan
- New skidplate (current 666Fab plate is toast from when it was low)
- clean up suspension bits and spin the coils down
- Finish up RSes and put them on the car
- Source M30B35 and collect swap bits
That's all for now, folks. Like I said, nothing terribly exciting but hopefully some nice things will start happening and the car will begin to take a bit more of an exciting form soon
