Ehhh, i shouldn't have to cut shit though should i?! WHY CAN'T THINGS JUST WORK, the bastard got in there, i shouldn't have to cut subframe to get it out -.- I'll look into it further, might have to take your suggestion thanks for the idea bud

Haven't done much since the last update, cleaned the engine bay and that's pretty much it. Helped my brother do shit on his 86, got more tattoo's (instead of buying a motor, god im a dumbass)

Nabbed this from the Time lapse we did while playin', me in my finest form!

Ordered a few things, hoses, gaskets etc etc.

Question for ya'll though, would anyone actually trust a gasket kit you bought from eBay?

looking at this, it looks awfully tempting, but im just unsure, whats the general consensus regarding ebay stuff like this?

Spent some time looking once again at my LCA bushings as it'll be a really annoying thought in the back of my head if i don't replace them like i've done with all the other bushings. However i'm having a real issue getting the LCA off the K frame. the inner tube that goes through the bushing for the mounting bolt gets caught on either side of the k frame and simply wont come out no matter what angle the LCA is pivoted on.

Here is jst a look at how it goes in, pretty standard stuff, was thinking maybe i might need to push the centre tubing out of the bushing through the mounting hole and then the LCA will drop? what do ya'll think?

Also here is just a photo for the sake of it

And a photo of my asshole cat who hates everyone and wouldn't move while i pushed the car into the right spot. (you're gonna get squished soon ya cheeky little bastard)

The Gist of the last two weeks, of which i will elaborate a bit more later on

I bought a car, and blew up it's 4AGE in just over a week.

Okay, so a few weeks back i bought a daily driver, a 1990 Toyota corolla AE93 SX Seca. (i am the SX king!!), fully rebushed, "fresh" motor, new clutch, coilovers, full exhaust, 4age power. etc etc, all the fun shit.

                              I got it like this

The day after i made it like this

All was well and good, had some fun, got stuck at mcdonalds a lot (i fucking love their cookies) and got up to the usual hoodrattery.

Took some photos of it, next to a stock one.

Mum thought it was rad too, so she threw up some hoodrat signs

Then i did a re alignment and took it for a spin, came back from around the block with significantly less power, a lack of ability to idle and a huge exhaust leak, i fixed the exhaust leak (few bolts fell out) and then it was missing, new dizzy cap, new plugs and a looksie, and it seems to be knocking from the top end, thinking bent valves.. so that sucks

SOOOO, now im back on the shoe lace express, enjoying the tranquil and ghetto life that is public transport. (p.s. fuck you cityrail, sydney pals know these feels)

Just been working heaps, trying to put $ away for head rebuild (seriously think it's valves). Also i'm heading up to Halfway Hangs! Is anyone from here going? Get keen!
