So 22 more days till h2oi and I can hang with friends and throw sparks.

in the process of buying a few things
-two tires for the stolz spares
-Ricer clear tail lights (ill get this to make sense later)
-oem replacements (ordered)
-red tail light bulb
-clear turn signals
-passenger motor mount
-Spark plate

and of course

-lips


So I have been tinkering with the idea of doing either led with dancing light tail lights and/or doing clear tails. Talked to status Led and he was offering $650 for dancing turn signals and full led's, but might give it a shot on my own.

First step is clear tails, since no one makes them for the 8th generation civic (that are not some fast and the furious altezza type shit) I am going to be taking the oem tails, splitting the lenses and swapping them with those altezza clear lenses.

in the end it will look identical to this minus the stupid red portion




Most likely will be finished after h2oi

need to order the stop leds for that and well finish them

Got a tool cabinet with a full ratchet set and spaners

Cut the housing to separate the lens and reflectors

Might end up staying more oem cause of Maryland laws and what not plus saving another $200

well its been a minute, probably have some photos to upload from my phone but,

school and work has been taking their toll,

-Led lights just need like $100 more worth of materials and they are done

-Found someone who can make lips for the stolz and if I measure the center bore correctly tonight ill order them tomorrow

-hopefully ordering tires soon so I can mount them on the stolz and run them, till I feel like getting the ryvers powder coated

-notched my lower mounts a bit to give me an extra degree of negative camber now at -3.5 on the fronts -6.5 in the back soon to be notched again on a warm day to -6.5 on all four

-now my new ride height is .75" from the ground in the front which im happy about and will be less once I add more camber and smaller tires




-now I tuck fronts which im hyped

I have had these wheels, well in January it will be a year now, just have been to broke and too lazy to get lips for them so they have just been sitting in my room

If it was mine I would kick that everyday...

I have only tripped over it twice, I enjoy watching people at my local cars and coffee do it more

Its been forever

alot has happened alot of good and some bad

ill start with the bad
-almost lost my finger to a transmission at school. so i cant do anything with my left hand for another week or two

now the good

-bought my dream wheels, ill post a picture when they come but if you look back in the thread you might already know what they are
-bought clear ricer tail lights to take the lenses from, but kinda like em now
-got an all time new low ride height
