That thing is way cool, man. Excited to see how it comes out. Check out dotheton.com if you have never been on there. A lot of awesome bob and chop/cafe/brat stuff over there, I know they would eat this up.

Well I think I mentioned before that the gearbox was stuck in fourth. Last night my dad and I opened it up to take a gander...

broken tooth on one of the gears

here's another look at the gearbox.

the cylindrical thing that is attached itself to the gears is the thing that moves the gears around to change gears... on the bottom of it is a little nub that runs along the track of the silver disk on the bottom.. on the right you can see a groove, that is neutral for example...

I love all of the cast parts on the frame.

Makes me want to finish my bike.

That frame should have been cleared! It looks spectacular.

Worked on the frame a bit cleaning up some ghetto fixes... came up with this.. also got some new lights wired in the garage which are awesome to work under!

                            A sort of before shot...

                            After and primed..

You can see here I still need to chase the threads again but that damn Whitworth pitch....

and smoothed a weld near the motor mount.

Had a stupid busy week. Started and finished the oil tank.

                                Stripping......

                                Stripped and prepped..

Then shot a bit of colour on it.

More tomorrow.. Also picked what I think is going to be my colour scheme today.

                                Very exciting.
