    OK, so the car is FINALLY going to get the rust repaired! Bringing it to the shop sunday afternoon! Ill finally be able to get moving...

    Until then it sits

    One wheel is leaking, the bead of the tire is screwed so ill need a new one. Luckily we bought a tire changer!

    Other than that, I finished the head for the vert and got it on, still have to finish everything

    Also I finally picked up a TIG welder! Its something ive always wanted to learn and get good at, welding is so useful. Plus TIG over MIG any day!

    I cant wait for it either lol our friend who does the rust repair has been moving really slow, like REALLY slow, its kinda ridiculous at this point. but i hop really soon.

    The M3 right now is a full track built car, and has been since 1991. Were actually going to make it a little more streetable; removing the front half of the cage and putting most of the interior back in, with a custom rear seat that fits around the cage. And for the vert, that was a gift for my mother and sister!

    Parts came in yesterday, got quite a bit of stuff:

    SS brake lines
    oil pan gasket
    brake rebuild kits
    front and rear wheel bearings
    door sill

    It sucks cause the body work hasnt even been started, my friend has really been moving slow. But Ive also been wrapped up in other projects; rebuilt a full head for our vert, random things on the M3, and getting the rebuild started on the 2002. Ive been working, just on the wrong car...

    Yeah I wish they were 9" or 10" but its so had to find parts for these wheels, they dont really match other brands. And thank you!
