Just another E30 build.... (a.k.a. The Bronzit B*tch)

So the car is finally on the ground and drives! Still have to put an exhaust on it this weekend and then test it on the streets!






Also this weekend I had a chance to go with my dad to Lime Rock Park with the M3 for the first time! Car ran flawlessly all day long and put down some very solid lap times, killin' the scoobs and big america cars anywhere but a straight lol









My buddy was also there with his S2000 but had to quit early cause the car was too loud

Its almost "done" got my RCABs in from Bimerworld...



So that got the car on the ground, although its as high as possible, I got to drive it! Exhaust still has to be completed, also have a small coolant leak and my temp gauge isnt working.





Also got my new door cards! Lila M-Tech color editions out of a final edition touring! I love rare euro goodness!

i always enjoy seeing progress on this build. i really like what you've got goin' on here with the wheels, motor and suspension...not to mention you're giving bronzit some cred. probably my favorite early model E30 right now.

First off:

EXHAUSTS ARE GAY!

I took about 7 hours out of my day to build a temporary mid section for the car but in the end it just wasnt going to work. I got fed up. annoyed. Either way my dads going to use his expertise to make it up this week so its ready for the show saturday.





Other than the exhaust, I got the the coolant leak fixed and installed the proper temp sensor in. Drove it around a bit and she stayed nice and cool the whole time and didnt leak one bit!

Still in 4x4 mode and waiting put these on for the summer




And went to Lebanon Valley to watch and enjoy some drifting action as well as meeting some of the guys from All Things Proper!

Yup! running the two pipes out of the header straight into a collector pipe then into a single temporary rear section, its super restrictive but itll do for now....

Had to find a flat area to work cause once its lowered i cant get it in/out of the shop lol

My school had a car show yesterday, the weather didnt really hold off but it was still fun! Got to do some doughnuts in her but idk if anyone got a video
