Let go on project, have more time at late year.

Start at the collector 4-1 header.

    IMG_8927 by fresh:phet, on Flickr

I cut tube 24 cm. and bend it 20 degrees at the centre, then set them as the angel when welding.
    Mark and draw the outline.

    IMG_8929 by fresh:phet, on Flickr

    IMG_8930 by fresh:phet, on Flickr

And use the grinder 4' cut it as I draw.

    IMG_8931 by fresh:phet, on Flickr

It need to grind more at the edge for the perfect fit.
We could check the edge by lay down it on somthing flat.
If you can't see the hole at the edge that mean you get the perfect edge for merge.

    finished the collector
and go on with the reservoirs 3 chamber for my pedal box.

    IMG_8956 by fresh:phet, on Flickr

I had these junk pistons from my Audi Q5 so It was used to be a bracket.
    IMG_8859 by fresh:phet, on Flickr

Lathe the tank to fit the connecting rod.

    IMG_8962 by fresh:phet, on Flickr

    And making bracket aluminium.
That's it. easy and cool. (my opinion haha!)

Thank guys, That good advise I will try to fit the hood first and adjust later.

Last weekend I got more time so got more progress.

    IMG_8856 by fresh:phet, on Flickr

This one is stock shift lever. I gonna do it longer to make is shorter travel.

    IMG_8864 by fresh:phet, on Flickr

I press the bushing up and so on that longer.

About the cover I add the 12 mm. spacer equal to the lever longer.

    IMG_8886 by fresh:phet, on Flickr

And the drive shaft, test fit first where is the support of propeller bracket.

    IMG_8891 by fresh:phet, on Flickr

And the stock tunnel, I cut the old steel layer and add new layer 4 mm. steel instead.

And the lower bar, as you know I build this car from FWD conversion to RWD so I need to make a bar to link the chassis with the rear sub frame.

So far the rotor could set as the normal, front to the front and rear to the rear.
I will add spacer to the front and rear lathe to 370 mm.
    Any news will report!

    Update for last night.
After I try to fit brake and wheels so the result I will use the rear rotor to be front and front to be rear.
Because the rear rotor had a offset to inside more that provide me more clearance. And the rear I will late reduce diameter a little as my plan.

Those photos on top is the front rotor with front. The still in the barrel.

And next photo bottom is the rear rotor so that the rotor was outside the barrel.
That allow me set the AMG calliper.
