      • Exceptional work.

Have you had the car on scales yet?

I'd be interested to know how using an iron block instead of aluminum affects weight distribution.

        • Any particular reason for the Iron block if you're just spraying it? Really nice build, had to link it on a few other forums.

              • Whelp, we're on the way to the dyno! Here goes nothing!

Iron block isn't much more weight, about 70lbs. I have the plan to ProCharge it, which may happen sooner than later

                    • Thanks guys!

Made 494.8 on the dyno, pretty damn happy with it being a stock intake manifold, still has power to be made!

                      • Update from the dyno day to here guys! As I stated before the car made 494.8whp, that's with a BONE STOCK LS3 intake manifold, so there is still power to be made for sure. I got around to wrapping up the rear section of the exhaust, all in T304 stainless that runs into a Spintech muffler, and I added the dual 3" tips. It was a bit tricky routing it all cleanly and tucked up, but it fits like a glove. The front half was ceramic coated and I dropped the rear off today to get done. We're getting it ready for its first big show this week in Louisville KY at Water By The Bridge. On to the photos!

                          • Whats the inside of that rear box look like? Is it like a typical muffler or did you fab up something a little different? exhaust looks really good.

                              • It has a bunch of cyclone type baffles in it to pull the exhaust through, pretty slick design.
