trucks doing good on the road. fuel tank is giving me fits though, Apparently i didnt get all the rust out before I put it in so yeah... thats my weekend plans. and i had to notch the back of the cab some because it kissed the driveshaft a couple of times on some bigger bumps.

I put some shorter shocks in the front in it rides ok for now. but the front just really doesnt sit low enough for me. i can make it look low as hell, but the the frame is literally sitting on the lower control arms. Only options are to mod the front suspension a bit and ditch the torsion bars.(but cant really afford another pair of coilovers right now) or go on and bodydrop it since I have to cut the bed anyways. That would give around 3 inches of drop without any suspension work. I just need to gather a couple of parts before I get started on that. electric radiator fan being the most important.

while I was draining and treating the gas tank, i had some time and said fuck it and its time to freshen up my primer. If you dont like the color I suppose you will get over it Once again, bodywork is nowhere near done and primer color is simply temporary.





As you can see the front needs much more low. I am aware that the new wheel tire combo will bring it down some, but I still think a bodydrop absolutely needs to happen.

yeah. I was really anxious to see what round headlights would look in there so when I put them in the indicators had to go. I wanted the front of the fenders rounded around the headlights so initially I just shaved the indicators all together. But it looked kinda strange ffrom the side. it made the front of the fenders look really long and I wasnt really digging it. On a whim last winter, I put the ducts in. Im not sure if I like them or not. the little spear in side of them is molded plexiglass with a light socket in it. I still havent got around to wiring them up yet.

Im fabbing up front end parts now, and the front is gonna change dramatically so I am not sure if the ducts are gonna stay but the fenders just kinda looked funny without anything there. i thought about mounting some small round marker lights in them, but at the same time im not really even sure if I like them or not.


I posted it a few pages back but im basically gonna put this old school isuzu front end on. I have evrything i need to make the grille. And I started working on the lower valance a little today. The hood is really gonna be the tricky part.
