It's getting there! Me too, I can't help but to have the biggest cheese ball grin every time I drive it.

I totally know what you mean. I really wanted a Roadster to start with but I figured a B210 was the perfect Datsun to start out with.

It's been a while since I've updated my thread on here, I've gotten a thing or two done the datto. First being the purchase of a 5" Autometer tach from some dude on craigslist, would have preferred one that is a bit smaller, but this was the only used one I could find so it works. Some quality ghetto installation, actually doesn't look to bad.

Also bought a new air cleaner and filter from Racing Beat. Really pumped on this thing, makes my engine compartment more pretty

Took it in Friday to a local exhaust shop in Bend called Good Guys Muffler, they do awesome work for a good price. Not really what I had in mind but I'm stoked with the turn out. Definitely fits the car well. ( Need better pics and a video of the sound)

Lastly I finally sold my vr swapped mk2 jetta coupe on Saturday. Ended up parting with it for $3400 and picked up this new daily for 2k! So now I have some money left to spare between my two cars accordingly.

Overall I'm extremely pleased with the two cars I have now. Definitely enough to keep me busy for a while.

A video from over the weekend I stole from my little brother. Minimal slidage action.
Getting exhaust done on friday, originally I was tempted to straight pipe, but I'm starting to think a muffler is probably not a bad idea. Also have a racing beat air cleaner and filter on the way, should be driving it further than up and down the street I live on by the weekend! You could say I'm one happy camper.

I know, not the biggest fan of this particular rack anyways just put her on for the hell of it.

Shankyou, definitely would love some louvers.

Agreed, anyone know where to score some louvers?

    UPDATE HE LIVES!!!

This damn car hasn't started since the second day I bought it, until today...

Reset the float levels with the fuel bowls off a couple weeks ago thinking that would do it, helped it not spew gas everywhere but still didn't run. Finally determined I had no spark at the coil, and found a loose wire. At first I was looking at the wrong wiring diagram that had that wire grounding, so that really messed with me for a while. Today I toyed with it a bit, found a different wiring diagram and gave it a shot, it had that wire going to power from the fuse block! Touched that wire to a fuse, and he runs like a champ!

(Yes that is an M-series badge in the grill, custom shiet right there)

It makes me happy inside. I almost got one of these. Was gonna lower the hell out of it, but then I found out about leaf springs and decided I didn't want to try. I definetly agree about the US bumpers. That's what a dump's for.
Thank you dude! Mine should be there shortly.

You don't say? By chance do you know where I could locate such a thing?

Rolled to woodburn today for a fairly large VW/Audi show/swap meet called Pacific Waterland. My buddy picked up a rack for his rabbit for $40 bones and we thought we'd throw her on the Datsun just to see what it would look like. We tried in a couple locations, I think i like it over the window more, but really not sure if I could do it. Thought I would throw it on her and see what you knowledgeable well opinionated stanceworkers have to say? But really, let me know!
