almost finished with the top layer of upholstering. the gaps are not perfect, hopefully that doesn't bother me too much.

and another friend stopped by at the shop. static and forever breaking things because of it

was not happy with the trunk, surprise surprise. So i changed it...again. ill let the pictures do the talking for now cause its late.

and a rare picture of me.

and when the door is opened, much better than before when everything was hidden behind the face. i lose a spare, but thats why ive had AAA. and will just throw a spare in the back seat on long trips.

waiting on vinyl and dynamat to finish it all, for now. I will also be smoothing all the inside corners with some filler before upholstering.

    until next time

a random shot a friend took at the shop tonight, of another friends corrado

it layed on great, i just didnt like there was no contrast between the black and dark brown. It looked a lot lighter in the online pictures, and turned out to be real dark brown in real life. looked off and boring to me.

well, dash is 99 percent finished, need to do one more coat on the lower trim piece around the climate control, attempted to bevel and i dont like how it turned out. other than that, it came together pretty well.

another fun thing, i never really looked at the holes on the lips and barrels until the other day cause i hadnt had time to assemble. but, only 3 holes match up, so ive been very carefully drilling them all out. each wheel has taken about 2 hours to drill and assemble. I wont be getting my lips from the same supplier again.

got the trim for the lower controls all mocked and mostly body worked. need a skim coat on the abs before paint, and one or two small gaps to fill with some filler. should be all done tomorrow! oh and the ipad surround is finally silver again, never again will I hydrodip something

you can see the small gap between the side section and the center console. shouldnt be hard to fill, its only about 1/8 of an inch.

so i finally got a new card reader. First a blurry picture of the ipad surround and headunit below. i ended up ****** the hydro dip and am going back to stock silver.

and the trunk is "together" need to finish the hardlines and paint the tanks, but it all works finally.
