ej20h block, 95 ej20g sti heads, same exhaust same intake, rebuilt td05h turbo.....

So, here's the late update.
Not only did the turbo blow, but the rear main seal and the input shaft seal. I've known the turbo was going for quite some time however, these other things are a bit unexpected. yanked out the engine and found that the new rear main seal (which is 6months old) wasn't installed properly, without grease, and about a 1/4 inch off where it should have been.

Gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay.

but since the engine was out we're cleaning up some things and tuning her up.
should be up and running again real soon!

Went to Penticton BC for Drift West Round 4,
would have been a blast if my up pipe didn't snap in half!
fixed it and on the way back once I hit Calgary my oil return line poped off my turbo and pissed everywhere, luckily I was paying attention to my oil pressure and turned it off before anything got dangerous. getting a new line tomorrow as well as some nuts and bolts and gaskets!

Thanks and yes, it has no res or cats just a pipe, 3inch bellmouth downpipe to 3inch straight, cut it off before the rear diff because too much low made is slap the rear cv and thats no fun.











Also took it to drift practice all day, glorious success, pics and vids soon. I hope someone got my last run because it was uber clean
