It looks brilliant, was it restored previously? I've been trying to find a set of those Recaros myself.

Thanks! The interior was. I might be selling the seats in the next few months, haven't decided yet.

No problem - The adapter can be purchased here apparently. Although I'm sure it can probably be fab'd just as easily.

Thanks, I plan to keep this car for a long time and want everything done correctly and the best I can do it.

Started removing the oil and debris from the engine today:

Depending on how much I get out of scrap metal I may do a UUC lightened flywheel

Thank you, this means a lot coming from you because your build is awesome.

Currently just pulling un-needed stuff like a/c from the engine and getting it ready to be painted. I need to take more photos.....

How are you liking Heist's res. so far? I'm tempted to get one myself, smooth install and everything?

Its great, overall awesome craftsmanship, good design, and yes the install was very easy other than getting the hoses on. I installed the screws backwards for ease of removal and is much easier to access. Even though the price is high, its totally worth it and is a great improvement over the old reservoir.

Update: Received my shorty headers from IE, motor mounts are in from Sin City BMW. Block is nearing completion and getting painted. Going to be sending out my engine cover and intake to Renewed Finishes to be powder coated in silver with BMW in black. Some photos:

So I am not rev limited at 4500

Will be using urethane bushings from Ireland Engineering

                                Stripping down:
