Well started on the wheels tonight since I got a reminder that sowo was only two months away, polished the lips, cleaned the gold with a toothbrush and put on a cleaned up center cap. Pretty happy with the outcome since I wasn't going for a mirror finish.

OP, I love your car and your incredibly attention to detail. The fact that you use period-correct parts and methods (hand-lettered visors, for example) truly distinguishes your build from all of the other so-called "restorations" that I've seen.

More crappy pics but hopefully in a couple weeks the car will be on the road. Finally got the wheels on after mounting tires this morning, loving how they look and that gap will be fixed shortly with the help of CATuned.

Decided to sand my trunk down and just clear it tonight, pretty happy with the finished project. I know it won't be everyones taste but oh well lol

Pushed the 2002 out today and cleaned the interior plus wanted to see what the trunk looked like in the sun.
