well, the midwest is very up and down this time of year, too cold in the morning to drive to work without heat, too cold at night to take the car out, too cool for 80mph road trips, so, into the shop she goes...

engine will be coming out, heater piping getting ran, wiring getting cleaned up, brake system needs work, blah blah blah

my days behind the wheel of the wagon are numbered. no heater lines means once the window frosts up I'm done for the year. The new turbo set up inst done and I'm not pulling a turbo just to hook up heater lines and then put the old turbo back on.

So if something doesnt happen soon, the car will spend more days parked.

I caught geese headed south today. bastards.

I'm jealous! I love this so much, i wish i would have waited to find an old rising sun wagon before i jumped on my Volvo. lol Needless to say, this is exactly the way i would have done it. Right on

ordered new strut tops to fix the steering and picked up a cute little trailer. Not sure what I'll do with it, but it was free.

i've been daily driving it as much as i can since it's starting to get cold. I was hoping to hit 80k on the odometer (or 180k, who knows, it only goes up to 99k)

I need to find one of these. Would be a perfect car for a rally car. Love this thing.

Drove the wagon 3 hours to Mitsubishi Owners Day, I had the oldest mitsu there and apparently one of the mitsu engineers really loved the car, said it was 'well executed'

put the wagon to work, built a hitch for it:

    hauled this home tonight

I've,very quicky decided, after viewing this is how I want my wagon to look. I've never been a fan of rubber band sized tires on wide wheels, but after seeing this I'm set on nice flush beefy tires.

Thanks guys, front is going to go a touch lower, i ordered some nolathane bushings and new components for the rear end a few days ago.

My biggest challenge is just getting the old haggard suspension to track straight on a rough road.
