                • News:

                  I've been a busy guy since I got to the southwest. Built a shop, built some cars, did some other stuff.

                  The 76 Colt Sedan is living in San Francisco now with a mitsu fanatic.

                  The wagon is going to be For Sale in the Spring of 2016, so if you want to get your hands on one of the oldest and most bad ass Mitsubishi's in America, start saving your pennies... Don't worry, we'll still have an old mitsu wagon, news to come on the other one.

                  Let's talk about the diesel for a minute;

                  I recently decided to daily drive the white truck, to do this I had to either change all the shocks, roll the rear fenders and get an alignment on it, or raise it back up and drive it. One cost money, the other didn't and since I only need to daily drive the truck for a couple of months while I wrap up one of my other cars, it'll do.

                  Started like this a couple weeks ago

                  Raised it up 2" (was lowered 4.5") and threw some kumho eco tires on it for all the MPG's!

                  here's some engine bay pictures from when it was in my newly built garage

                  Then put a cap on it and named this phase of it's life 'Gramps'

                  • Everything in this thread is awesome.

                    That mighty max is pretty bad ass. Have you considered throwing on the JDM Forte mirrors?

                          • I changed wheels recently.

                            This project will cease to move forward for a while. I've got a few other projects that need attention.

                            • The wagon is on the back burner while I handle a lot of other work, over the years I've learned what keeps me motivated on a project car; it just has to stay running most of the time. As long as I can drive it occasionally, I keep my connection with it. I've been daily driving the wagon, it's fully operational, there's just a lot of changes I want to make. It's still running on the rushed swap I did on it years ago and I'd like to clean a lot of that up. I did manage to finish up some more of the all black interior. I need to paint some areas as well but the concept that I did any work at all on the car recently is satisfactory enough for me.
