I'm just replacing the floor and firewall this year. Everything else is "driveable". Every fall I'll set out to repair and replace some body paneling through winter months until the truck is "show room".

I've been on the hunt for short-box sides and running boards for a while, I've got all next week off (got a new job, took a week off in-between) so I've been planning to pick some up during that time. I've found a few possibles so I'm hoping that pans out.

I also priced out tires and looked up a set of Porta-walls. Should really start looking like a truck soon. (I hope)
