even though i am a chip tuner for a well known Canadian shop..started to "bench" flash a few ecu's into 557p's with my own tools so i can start doing my own tune for this project.

ordered a smaller diameter TDI water pump pulley to increase the water flow.

ended up picking up 2 AEB heads

had to modify the pilot bearing since i started with an automatic crank from a B5

I can't wait to see this finished, it looks like an awesome swap.

^^ thanks man. Not many have done the swap. I am on the only one dead set on having a side mounted radiator.

2nd to last MK3 TDI water pump pulley left in VW USA stock. Should push more volume. Also have a MK2 thermostat water outlet on order.

needed to tie in a few coolant lines so i picked these up. looks like these are made for sensors...these have a 3/8 fitting so i can put a 90* and a 5/8 barb fittings on.

also snagged a new 2300 cfm Perma-cool fan. it is nice having Summit Racing 20min away
