Well, heres how everything went down...

Dropped the car off at the tuners to make it drivable again. After i put the LS2 injectors in its ran like shit.

Went to work, got off early because of rain

Since i was off, went and picked up a 2 post 9000lb car lift, tire machine, and balancer from an old guy whos ran a shop all his life and has fallen into a rough patch. When i welt to look at the tools on thursday, I asked what he was wanting for the lot of 3 and he said "$1200 but you pick them up." I couldnt pass that up, or knock him down on price. Hired a crane to lift it all onto my flatbed and brought it to the shop.

Drooped all that off and went to pick up the car. Somehow the axle was broken and laying on the ground. I noticed when i tried to drive it on the trailer and it didnt move but he axle was flailing. Luckily didnt tear the brake line haha. With a little pushing from dad to launch it, I got it on the trailer using momentum. That was sketchy lol

Next morning swapped them out since it stopped raining the night before, wanted to wait it out a little to dry out.

Made it to the track late, missed the drivers meeting, and only got 4 practice runs in before the competition.

Car runs like shit, had to launch in second and drop it from 3500rpm or slip the clutch to take off, anything below that almost dies. No first because the transmission didnt want to shift just as its always done. Anyways

As i was bringing it to the wall, i had my hand out pointing at the judges and hung my wing over the wall right in front of them, then clipped a cone with my RR tire ad shot it way in the air. Everyone went crazy and there was a standing ovation and whatnot!

It felt amazing, i had no idea It was that good, until I pulled into the pits and was swarmed with people congratulating me!

Received a cool number plate with all the drivers signatures on it, a set of earbuds, and $300 cash!

Heres how the points played out..Maximum was 75, receiving max of 25 from each judge. Judges were Tommy Suell, Forrest Wang, and Josh Herron. They were all super congratulatory.

There were more guys that ran, but a lot weren't listed because they didn't complete a run to be judged

Overall it was an awesome weekend, obviously i wish the car ran better but still no complaints really. All the struggle and late nights in the weeks leading up to this were well worth it. I cant thank my Dad, friends, and sponsors enough for making this happen! I cant wait for my FC now, way more power, grip, much better brakes, better ebrake, more angle, and way lighter. I should definitely be able to throw down in that thing once all the bugs are worked out of it!
