so its been like 8 months since I've posted any updates but a lot has changed since then. decided to go a different route on coil overs because the GC weren't cutting it in the aspect of going "low" so i picked up a set of Rokkors which my coworker is running on his blk e36 thats in the pics above.
so now having the front end completed i then ran ito the problem of the risen wheels i origonally purchased for the swap will not work because the calipers were too big an it rubbed everywhere on the inside of the wheel no matter how big a spacer you run. so i sold them and picked up these vintage japanese Napre Wheels from a local friend.
This is it with the front done and no skid plate
then i proceeded to taking out the rear
and ripped it apart immediately.
then had my buddy weld on camber/toe adjuster in the subframe as well as press in polly bushings
and i pressed some durlin trailing arm bushings in myself by making a tool from home depot hardware haha
then i just threw everything together as a mock up
then put it together
and the Napres in there new color
Anddddd i had to see what the fitment was going to look like...
really happy with it to say the least.
so i have been having brake problems with the system that i cannot figure out for the life of me and I've been super anxious about seeing the car on the floor so i dropped it.
so i put a race skids skid plate on the car and when i dropped it the skid plate laid perfectly on the floor. so the pic above is actually of the E30 raised about 15 threads up in the front. and the skid plate still smacks everything! so i decided I'm going to throw it on stands again and raise the motor as well as go to a fabrication shop and make a skid plate that is much more flat.
For some reason that just looks perfect to me. Damnit I'm trying to find another Integra and cars like yours are why I keep wandering over to look at E30's.
