Yes you can. They are fairly reliable if you keep up regular maintenance and then some (ex: premix/2 stroke oil, add/check oil every week, decarb, oil changes at 3000 and no over) throughout the whole life of the car. Unless you were the original owner, there is no telling what and what hasn't been done.

Then again, I've only worked on NA 4's and 6's. Even got to see one roll past 300k

Never had the balls to pull the trigger on one though

Looks good, I've always liked the FD, I'm just not a big fan of the engines. I had an FB for a while, it was a really fun car, holley 650, racing beat intake and header, bridge ported blah blah...it just wasn't reliable enough and one day I got sick of fixing things instead of modding things so I sold it.

thats true my first car was an fb but then i sold it got a miata and something made me go back to rx7s
