why did I buy a celica shoulda been a civic.

Soaking the bolts in vinegar to free up old lock tite and surface rust on the nuts.



buffing the heads and polishing. 120 bolts

Finally! Got the wheels back front the powder coater. Yesterday the rear 3" lips showed up
heres a side by side with the old lips:

Wasn't gonna post it up but here is the bbs face painted. keep in mind the hex caps will be mirror polished and i ordered new caps. They are getting sand blasted and powder coated tomorrow

what were you unhappy with? Just curious, because I'm debating paint or powder for my RM's

I can just tell the paint isnt going to last like powdercoat would. and there isnt enough clear coat behind the faces and i dont want to scrub like crazy everytime i go to wash the wheels but tomorrow im taking them to get powdercoated. shouldnt be too expensive
