Looks good. Love the trolling, and parking away from the others.

Went out on a Subaru cruise. Got defected for my wheels, not height this time, which means I just need to change my wheels and go visit the police station to get the defect removed.
Some photos pre-defect.

As you can see, the weather wasn't the greatest here today.

Buying all the small bits to change the front end of the car.
Getting some clear bumper indicators. I am keeping my eyes out for an STI front lip, found a couple of fleebay but not sure if I want to buy yet. Hopefully getting the front notch sorted.
Heading out for a cruise this weekend. Will hopefully get some photos of mine next to stock height ones and what not. Until then!

Just some quick snaps I took on the way home from work tonight and when I parked out the front.

Bahaha Oxer <3
Stock wheels going back on tonight, couldn't be assed putting them on this morning before work.
Going to try and get some sunset photos of the car on the RS's as it is nice and clean from the car wash the other night.

All of this. Such a pain to swap wheels in and out I'm sure.Originally posted by projecthoarder View PostDamn you guys are dedicated, I get followed all the time, but never been pulled over for my truck being to low and stretched tires. I admire your dedication and your car looks awesome btw.

Yeah, from now on I'll be rolling on stockies and aired up for dailying unfortunately. But, will be putting on the RS's for weekends and meets.Originally posted by Evilist View Postdude i feel your pain, here in NZ i only drive my Mazda at night when i have my adjusties in or if i even leave my driveway i will get "green snickered" which is the same as the defected one.
Have to be over here. Cops love to defect low cars, but such is life, we deal with it and the plan is to always come back even lower. So I will be. Hopefully organising a chassis leg notch in the next week or too, maybe even from Oxer himself if he has the time when I'm in Melbourne.Originally posted by projecthoarder View PostDamn you guys are dedicated, I get followed all the time, but never been pulled over for my truck being to low and stretched tires. Thanks for the love though man, I appreciate it!

So, the car is back on the floor with the aid of it's air suspension.
This time I actually took photos, and with the help of Sam, it was a quick and easy job.

Tank setup in.

All the hidden wiring had to be reconnected, which sucked.

So that was the trunk setup done for the front struts. Only having two axle stands makes it a little difficult, but such is life. So the original struts came out and the air struts went in.

And then it was back on the floor at the front.

I didn't get any photos of the rest of it unfortunately, I had to hurry up as Mum needed to get to her car. Suffice to say, it took about half an hour to get the rears in and everything bolted back up to head out to Hungry Jacks for some lunch.
But, we're back on air and hopefully not getting defected any time soon as I'll be driving a little higher with stockies on on a daily basis.

Yeah, it does look damn good, doesn't it?Originally posted by Rayds View PostDamn that truck in your photos is looking good..
Aus is alright, just need to play your cards right. Could have had a massive fine, but because the cop couldn't see the bags, I was winning.Originally posted by 244Brick View PostDAMN AUS sux haha.. Props for rolling hard
Bahaha thanks man!Originally posted by Junya View Postthats dedication right there man, you inspire me. haha
Defect is all cleared. All went well. Air setup will go back in tonight/tomorrow morning so I can roll hard Sunday to a cruise. Then back to stockies and a decent daily height. Going to wind down the fronts a bit I reckon, and then the notch, so will come back lower.
