Congrats on winning the air kit, that's going to be amazing on such a unique car.

Great work on saving it from the scrap yard.

Gives me inspiration to go further with my build than I was thinking. Going to have to teach myself/ learn to paint and weld I think.

damn those fronts are so tiny, never saw a mk1/2 kit before. Cant wait to see it installed. Not sure If irontrap is making pans or parts anymore. I think you would have better lucky with mattrad as he was making them for a little while.

I know Matt will still take orders for pans for time to time but Matt would be just as good and may have a faster turn around. Both are solid guys.

Oh yeah matt is still kind of doing stuff, but when taking his tig class he said he rarely has time anymore to get any custom orders done since he now has the "oldschoolfinds" shop up and running.

I've talked with Matt Rad and I really need to buy his lower stress bar. As far as the shortened pan and pump, my friend locally has made a couple but hasn't really marketed them. This Sunday I'm taking it over to his shop and we're going to tackle it with his lift so it shouldn't be too bad of an install. I also need to do a driver side axle notch as well... passenger side is already done though.
