Okay, I was wrong, they aren't china wheels, but every wheel on that website were either knockoffs or extremely tasteless. Point beeing, your wheels are still low-end fake splits, if you paid a lot for them, why didn't you get proper wheels instead?

I'm not trying to shoot you down, more steer you in the right direction, even if I sounded a bit harsh. But you seem to have a little bit of a problem with that "I don't give a fuck" attitude.

One thing is for sure, not many on this forum will appreciate that choice of wheels, and now you know why. But then again, you don't give a fuck.

They weren't expensive, but they weren't cheap. They aren't BSS or HRE or gold-plated wheels like that guy with the Audi A4 on this forum. But they aren't Canadian Tire rims either. With my Paramedics tuition being about $18,000 per SEMESTER = ~$40,000 with books a year, I can't afford extremely high end wheels. But maybe one day. And I do have some fucks to give, they are just saved for constructive criticism, I keep some fucks hidden away for those times. Fucks are hard to come by these days.

Sure, I understand that. What I don't understand is why you did get so butthurt when people disliked your wheels when you knew yourself that they were at tops average wheels.

        And then writing sh*t like:

Just because people don't like your new fake split wheels, is like, retarded and childish.

This forum is about doing clean, classy, tasteful mods to your car using premium parts. Take it as constructive criticism and please do give a fuck. Over and out.

So why not get coils or air first and just wait for the day that you can afford some nice wheels? Or go the used wheel route and build them up. That's what I did.

Lows first, then worry about wheels. Never get wheels before you go low.

              Good Lord. Who cares.

Rotiform (yes, Rotiform cast wheels), Fifteen52, WCI, 3SDM, etc. check out those places. Around 1200 for nice, clean wheels that will compliment your car.

The issue that these guys (no idea why they are so worried about it) have is that these wheels look like something they are not.

The wheel companies I mentioned that sell cast wheels (which will be just fine for your non-racecar A6) look like 1200-1400 cast 1 piece wheels. They aren't fooling anyone. They aren't anything incredible.

From there, decide if you want to upgrade to a 2 or 3 piece wheel. Plenty of which can be had for under 2k.

If you really "don't give a fuck", why do you keep commenting and arguing with people? I feel like if you really didn't care, you wouldn't get so butthurt and be so quick to retort.

Everyone here has heard the, "I don't have tons of money to spend on nice wheels so I bought cheap ones for the time being" excuse 100 times before. Either save the money for lows, or buy cheap, used, "nice" wheels. Many of us are on just as strict, if not stricter budgets than you, so a lot of people on here understand your position and have advise to give if you'd stop trying to defend yourself for one second.

Word. It took me a year to appropriately budget for an air setup that was worthwhile.

Well guys, probably you'll think i'm a clown or something, but looks like that those 'branded boys' are the only ones who behaves like a childs in this thread.

There are a lot more nice wheels in the world, than just brand, like BBS, Equip, Work, etc. Split wheels are not the only one type of wheels in the world neither. It's not really a brands and their logos that does your car nicer, its the designs of wheels. But looks like you guys sometimes really forgot that fact, despite that it's probably the most important thing in our (stanceguys') world. Because of that, any signs of creativity is gone - just a very few people can do something different and stand out of the crowd. I'm not h.a.t.i.n anyone, it's just makes me sad, and thats it.

What about this thread - I don't know why you guys are still talkin shit here. Those wheels are forged, not cast in china or somewhere. Replicas? I don't think so. Then ARE's should be a replica of BBS rs's, or SSR Mesh wheels should be a replica of E50s? Well, it isn't. And just because it looks familiar, doesn't mean it's fake wheels - in today's world is hard to made up something absolutely new, so there will allways be some kind of familiarity in all of them. At the end of the day, they all are still in a round shape, right?

To bring this build up to the mountain a bit, and to add a little bit of motivation for the owner, here's the quick photoshop I've made. Little bit of camber, lower tires, more lows and here we go! I don't know how about you guys, but by my eyes - it would be second of the best A6 C5's in this forum. And I absolutelly don't care that those wheels aren't splits - wheels are for looks and drives, not for sitting in the garage and splitting them every day

Well, looks like i've said what I wanted.

I've polished and put my wheels on, then I added as much lows as i've needed - not a single regret for that move

Thanks a lot for that post man, I think we were all being a bit childish in this thread. And great photoshop! I have no idea how you do that but nice going, that's very close to the look I want. Tbh I haven't seen any other C5's on this forum. Other than BoostedA408's A4 (whos car is the tits btw). I will have my coilovers soon, and then this will be a much better thread

i dont fully **** on the wheels
though they wouldnt have been my choice eather..

i know i'm a EUROPEAN tuner so for me all them USA-parts look better then what we see in the streets every day here.. but i have to say on classy cars like Audi i prefer a less sporty approach unless u build a beast like our little batman A4 on this forum!

none the less i'm confident that once it gets more low it will not be a neck-breaker but it will earn the respect it deserves.

Wheels don't do a thing for me, but that is by-the-by.

Get it lowered before you worry about anything else. I think you may then decide some kind of OEM+ route would be a better option. A nice Audi wheel (second hand exists you know).

I dont get why you fitted spacers to stock suspension. Spacers improve fitment, but you also need to lower it at the same time to achieve this.

I hope your photoshop becomes a reality.

This started to smell like a Celli "build thread" with all the shit that was being flung in here. That being said, the wheels you chose OP definitely look like those old Tenzo's. Shu-10's or shu-4's, iirc. Now, I'm big into making a build your own so do what you do. Its your car anyway. Not ours. Were it me, I like OEM+ and hope you go that route. Anyway, I'm done. Let's see where this goes.
