car really coming on now, one of the last jobs to sort is the gearbox tunnel top. welded in a frame to fix it to so that it can be removed for easy access.

run it next year with these wheels, then hopefully swap to some billet rims.paint goes on over the winter so its ready for next summer.

took car out for a weekend in the sun at the nsra supernats here in the uk .




only a couple more bits of welding to do so this week its on with the strip down for body and paint. more soon

this is mental. great input of hours for sure. never seen a turbo brace as over engineered as that, hah.

all welding now done its on with the body work. after gaping all the panels its on with skimming and blocking.

and time for a coat of premier

yes the paint is being updated, its staying purple but much darker and although the flames are staying they will be very different .

alot done tonight, blocked out both sides, two heavy coats of premier and a guide coat, looks really sharp

really getting on with the body work now. car of the rotisserie to do the front slam panel, scuttle panel and the roof.got them all skimmed up and blocked out with just a bit of work left before i can put them in primer tomorrow.
