Had some other stuff happen which kept me from modding it unfortunately.

Just kept driving it.

Gave me another issue with leaking servo hoses, but I fixed that soon enough.

Had a damaged tire the other day and found a set of Style 60s in great condition on fleabay with good tires so I bought them for a steal.










Coils and 19s will come after winter.

So, did some touch up work yesterday.

Previous owner rubbed the right rear wheel arch against something, to 'fix' it he sprayed it with some matte greenish-grey paint. Facepalm moment!

You can just barely make it out here:



And also, same story on the rear bumper:




I got rid of the spray on the rear bumper by wiping it down with paint thinner. Underneath were some small scratches that I managed to polish out until they're still visible but they don't jump at you. Way better. Got no pics of that right no, tho.

The wheel arch was a different matter... when I wiped it down, I found this:





To cover it up a bit, I used a touch up pen in the correct color and polished it. You can still see it, but it's not as in-yo-face as before.



Will be resprayed eventually.


Also, finally got around to fitting the side indicators I had bought a few months ago.

I really like this very 7. All seven series after that were strange bloated constructs.

Be sure that I will follow the evolution of this one. Go on!

So, nothing's happened since the last update. Airbag warning light popped on once but didn't come back after I deleted the error codes. Finally fastened the heat shield around the exhaust, so no more rattling.

Have been keeping up with other private stuff, so nothing has happened. Have actually been thinking about selling it again, but I'll keep it. This thing's spoiled me for other cars, ahahaha. I keep looking at other cars and always go like, "yeah, it's nice but not comparable to a 7." Car will probably be converted to LPG fuel next year.
