A shorter set up would work but really don't want to spend much money on this car, once I've got a tyre and camber it will still look all good. And at least I maintain full suspension travel as the spring adjustment is entirely separate from the height adjustment.
I'm not sure if its the same problem, but the coilovers on the back of my sentra had tons of threading left but would only wind so far into the housing before "bottoming out" leaving almost 2" of threading left. Before the motor went, I was going to take them off and take an angle grinder to them because on my coilovers they where just a hollow threaded tube...

      Just a thought...

I have had this same thought, was going to ask D2 for a split diagram to see how much space there is in there to cut.

Ok so I don't really have much to update. Work is turning into a bitch so currently I'm only getting enough money to get by with bills. Have come to the conclusion that the wheels are just poking a little too much for my liking. The offsets could work but because the wheel has no concave I feel like it will look weird. So I am tossing up a few ideas. One is to just buy some Rota's which I can get much better sizing. I could get an 8.5 +44 which will fit perfect but less stretch. Or a 9.5 which will be 17mm less poke but I think thats enough to do it. Or I found these other wheels, same fitment as the 2nd rota option.

Mesh on a subaru? what do you guys think?

Yo dude, your plan for this wagon is looking pretty good! Im from the shore and ive got d2's in my bg subaru wagon and im running -5* camber in the rear, this is with standard suspension arms and just adjusted camber with the slotted top bolt where the strut bolts to the hub but i think your rear strut setup is different to mine. Good luck with it!

Bringing this thread back. Got rid of the knock offs ages ago but have just put in an order for something nice and shiny in 18x9.5 +35. Proven offsets which work. Will post pictures when wheels arrive however they may take a while =D
