      Complete over haul! Every bolt, just easier to work on the body when i ca roll it inand put, after its done, it will come off so i can work on the pan and bag mounts. Color...looking for a nice burnt metallic orange wiTh ivory roof and interior

          so we got one inner fender complete



          with the welding atleast.

          seats are out, floor pan needs a bit of work.

            so, we started attacking the other side, pulled the wheel off, and come to find the shock tower had been sheared off at some point. so we pulled the beam out, which was the plan anyway, now to simple green, wire brush , and frame epoxy the whole thing and use brand new bolts and bushings all around. now onto pictures.











            one patch in the floor pan fixed, not stock, but not rust as well



            heater channel needs welding up



            and just some terribly lit photos out side our garage







            next big thing, bumpers are impossible to find, ESP early style bumpers, so we're making a brush guard style bumper and override bars from tube stock. more to come next week

                  In the Baltic countries people used nails and wood screws with any color metal to patch up wholes as well. Yours was clearly used to haul from seeing all the rust. Love the new wheel btw.

                      So more rust pictures, and fixed the patch in the beam i showed in the last post. hopefully have the whole front end done before sowo!















                      our fancy dolly we made when the car has no beam



                      finally, cleaned off the welding table, it was covered in the green paint before. now it can finally be used!
