This thing's wicked, I'd love to do a Morris Minor lead sled one day.

Yes got the new gauge in last night! Haneline 5n1 5.5" gauge fits in the dash perfect, plus has GPS speedo. Can't wait to paint the dash black, then it will really pop.

Yep, no tach, I was on the fence about it, I could always add a matching 2 1/16" tach somewhere, but again this car has a 4l60e, so it's kind of pointless unless your manually shifting it. It's basically just point the torpedo and go. Thought about doing stick in this car, but to be honest everything is really tight in the foot area, and I already have enough headaches of fitting stuff. Every 1/4" here and there matters in this build.

Oh man, got the front fenders mocked up, pulled 1" out and hemmed them over. Rear fender added 3.5", turned out great, just need to figure out 3 inches of the front transition and should be good to go.

This is an awesome build. The metal work is just cool to see - it's becoming a lost art honestly.

I might have to volunteer to help you with wiring just so thatI can say I helped out with with building such a cool car. I can bring my Weller!

Any help is appreciated. Wiring I don't think will be too bad. I kept the stock harness which is already in. Battery is relocated to trunk now. Fuse panel will be in the trunk as well, its similar to a painless setup with 12 fuse panel, relays, etc. PCM is a custom deal, had this company reflash it to get rid of the security bypass, as well as set a top speed of 200mph. Stock I believe it was 105mph, but with the gearing I have the car probably would have shut off at 85mph, maybe 90mph. The hardest part I believe left is doing the AC kit and just making everything clean looking, wire tuck, etc. I want to have this thing legally on the road driving for my pop's bday in April. Should be doable.

Had to work on my bike for a little bit to get it ready in 2 weekends for a cruise.

                      Finishing smoothy bulkhead

Trying to mock up the power steering reservoir. Want to keep the firewall as clean as possible.

Got my pops out there for a while grinding!

Well it was a pretty productive Friday. Here are some pics...

Finally put all new gaskets on everything.

The start of wiring the engine.

                          Custom headers made up.

Headers installed, very tight fit of course.

New Black Lokar E-Brake cut in.

Almost all the wiring done on the motor side of things, just need to find a home for the coil packs.
