Stop with this goddamned exhaust bullshit. Put a normal fucking tip on it, be happy, and call it a day. You wouldn't have to change your exhaust every six weeks if you put something on it that looked good.
Okay, now that that's out of the way, the car looks pretty solid overall. Spend your sticker budget on getting tires for the SCs, spend time on actually getting them to fit right, and make the car look amazing. You're so close to really having a great-looking car, you just need to stop distracting yourself with scene points.
kinda harsh but he has a point. the car does have potential. how did you bend the axel? and isnt your exhaust pointing the wrong way?
Ah it actually wasn't bent, blew out the second joint on the trans axle, due to lack of neglect and hitting a pothole during a hard turn at bear mountain. I've since replaced it and am working on a refreshed "cleaner" build. Sc's are a definite, just need to decide if I'm going to go with a whole lotta bondo and pulling, or some cutting and fender flares because either way, in order to get the clearance I need from my coils, the wheels are going to stick a good 1.5-2" past the current fenders in the front and 2-3" in the rear.
Going to pick up tires this week, going with 205/35 18 for my 18x8.5" sc430 wheels. After I get them fitted up I can probably make a final decision on spacers. Ditched the front lip, as well as most of the stickers except for the crew badges. Interior I'm leaving as-is for now, if I even start on that I'll never get the exterior done in time to drive down to florida for Sunshine stance...
With the spacers I'm probably looking at 1"+ for the front and 2"+ in the rear. Finally got the $$ in order so this will start moving quickly on the weekends when I'm off. How are the arp extended studs?? Anybody use those?? Ehh got most of my minor cosmetic shit in this week, jdm mirrors should be here next week. Overseas shipping takes damn long -_-
Excellent! all good news. Was so bumbed to see the sc test fit and then never again. Sounds like your on the right track now for a nice clean build. I dig the green too, can you find tan leather interiors for these?

Yup, been on the hunt for leathers for a few months now, best bet is from an es300 since the leather seats from the xle camry are scarce. Eventually I'll get around to it, all the sets I've found were real beat.. My fabric interior isn't that bad, just some cig burns here and there.
I really-REALLY like this, I just wish the pink wheels were flush with the guards and then it'd be finished and near perfection (in my eyes)
I like the SC wheels and I'm looking forward to seeing them on the Camry, but the pink wheels are the benchmark, for me.
I don't think I've ever heard a good word about a Toyota Camry, let alone a Camry driver.
Where as your Camry, amazing, please inspire a generation to modify the Camry.
Actually almost done with getting rid of the stickers, partially de-tinted too. I have the wheels just where I want them, now I'm waiting on some more parts to come in, as well as my spacers. Then its all down to just tweaking little things here and there and shimming the rear so I get it to look like the image I have in my head..
