We sleep a third shift sleep schedule, we always end up falling asleep and then it's dark out when we wake up. I'll get pics I promise! Might just go drive the car to a lit parking lot and get a couple pics.

So, as promised here are some pictures. Car is dirty but overall in pretty good shape! Couple dents and scrapes from masshole drivers. Best part is ZERO quarter rust thank god.

Also have an exhaust clip and walkaround converting on vimeo so I'll post that up in a bit.

Hey I have the same car, I put my bride seat in it, and im doing a grip royal steering wheel!

But please dont do 17's... Way too small for that car. And why not do something semi wide? If you wanna stay 17's then do some 17x9 DR-31's.

Well we already bought them and she really likes them so that's what we're after. I didn't wanna do 18's just cuz I prefer 17's and we don't really want to run into fender clearance issues like I had on my impreza.

Just ordered the coilovers today, should be here within a week!

Pardon the suv stance, I went with the smaller wheel/tire combo because on my last subie the fender was the limiting factor for going any lower and I wanted more clearance for low. Should sit up nicely with some spacers and rolled fenders.

It will be hard to sit pretty on 17's... I'm dragging header pipe on some streets and I am unhappy with how much tire is still untucked :/ needless to say I'll be going 18's.

The color combo looks like it is going in the right direction. Glad to see progress.

We've got a surprising lack of speedbumps and shit around here, I can move the exhaust if it drags too much. I'd rather be super slammed with fender clearance than kinda slammed with the tires stuffed into the fenders.

Gonna be wrapping the headliner and door cards and this is what she picked out! Looks pretty sweet I think, it'll go nicely with the colors already in the car.

Working on getting one of the dr-9s fixed or replaced because the previous owner sold me the set as a "good set" and (out of my own stupidity) I didn't check every wheel over because it was cold out and they were in wheel bags. When I got home to test fit one of the wheels had a large chunk missing out of the inside bead.
Bought them off somebody that I know so I'm not really sure how this was gonna play out in his mind, selling me a junk wheel. He said he'll pay to get the wheel fixed or replaced, but if he sketches on that I might have to visit him with my fender rolling tool.

Missing chunk on a wheel? That calls for replacement.

                              Anyway, in to see progress.

Mc wheel, a local wheel repair shop can actually weld in a lip from another 17" wheel and their repaired section is stronger than the rest of the wheel. They're probably the best wheel shop I know of in the area, they've been doing it for 20 something years now. I vote for replacement above anything but if he can get it fixed safely for cheaper I can deal with that.
