All heater channels coated in zero rust. 2000 hours saltwater spray tested...good stuff

All the seams going down to metal....m10 turbo motor in background haha

All the window channels getting same treatment

As well as media blasting the rain gutters then zero rust coating. I always see bad paint layed down in this area so attention to detail in these areas will pay in the end

Off to a really good start. I like when people actually work with the metal instead of just bonds. But it does take skills to do it, and not everyone knows how.
Is zero rust a por15 type product? Where do you buy it?

Ya but it is more auto body friendly to paint over so far. Its a awesome product from the tests I've done with it.
