My Dad kindly lowered the car whilst I was it work. There rear is now sitting a lot better. The left side is still a bit higher, but I think that's because the anti roll bar is still connected, I broke the bracket on the right one.
Chassis rails are 4.5cm off the ground

Well since you asked...here's a little update
I have removed the top pad from the rears and it's wound down as low as it can go. I went down half a turn on the front too. I'd like to get the back down just a touch, so that it's tucking a little bit of tyre like the front is.
I'm really happy with it just now though, it's actually a really useable height, I barely scrape, it doesn't rub and it's not too bouncyChassis rail is 4.5cm off
Took it to Driftland and it seemed to go down pretty well...for being filthy and still having over spray on the window
But anyway, recent pics.

Picked these up for a tenner today. Will get some plates welded onto it and painted. And get the fog light blanks painted

Met a very interesting man at work on Friday. He rallies a E36 compact with an M3 engine and just so happened to be running staggered Throwing Stars. He mentioned that he was looking to get rid of them, so I might be in with the chance of picking them up. He's going to let me know tomorrow.
But other than that, I haven't done much to the car. I've been working my ass off all week, so I only have Saturday to work on it.
Did manage to get to the drifting on Saturday night though, got a shot of it next to Alex's car.

This week is definitely not my week. Driving out the village(a corner I go round every. single. day),half asleep to work and I fucking smashed the passenger side wheels into the kerb. Needless to say, I'm not a happy man. I'm so pissed at myself.

Deserved it then
But yeah man, I'm super bummed about them, but I've only got myself to blame. I'm going to phone a place tomorrow and hopefully get them fixed on Saturday

Drove to work today with my Dad so he could take the car home and get the wheels off to the powdercoaters along the road. Probably looking about £50 a wheel which includes taking the tires on and off, fixing the damage and re-balancing the wheels. Not too bad.
Car is on the old wheels until Monday, but I probably won't use it this weekend.
Ew.

It was a nice night last night, so I set about cleaning up the engine bay. It was filthy from paint and pretty embarrassing when people asked to see it. But it's clean-ish now. I might get some stainless allen bolts or something to clean it all up.
Fitted my M-Sport steering wheel that I got from the scrappies a while a go.
Then I jacked the car up to see how the x-brace fits. Looks like I need some rivnuts as there's no threads to put a bolt through.
Gave me a good chance to inspect the damage to my chassis railsGetting pretty close to the fuel filter! Might have to re-locate it.
I also fixed the previous owners ghetto exhaust hanger repair you see in the above picture.
And here's a *bonus shot*
