Skirts back on, front end lowered a hair, still filthy.

Got the car inspected finally (was like 5 months overdue), lowered the suspension back down (still needs some tweaking), threw the repainted bumper back on and threw the wheels on. Car is filthy. I need to put my sideskirts back on sometime too.

So for a while I had been having a bit of a blue smoke issue on shifts on hotter days. I was able to minimize it by improving my crankcase ventilation but I think the damage was already done. So instead of continuing my reenactment of SPYHUNTER I decided to try to tackle a rebuild and do some upgrades to the turbo seals while I'm at it and go to a 360 degree thrust bearing.

Pulled the middle timing belt cover off. Probably going to keep it this way after I do some cleaning in there.

Haha, thanks. It actually works out really well. Maybe someday I'll pick up some sort of brushed aluminum can but for now I'll keep trying to pick up that monster sponsorship.

The bike was a really fun winter project. Gotta keep those New England winter blues away somehow. What better way than to build a motorcycle in the basement.
